Reconstruction Materials for Classic and Vintage Cars
We offer the following materials in the field of additive manufacturing (3D printing)
When selecting the right material, we are guided by the material of the original part and the technical requirements in the application at the installation location. Components can also be reinforced in the CAD system if necessary to increase stability. You don't know exactly which material is best suited? Feel free to contact us, we will support you in the material selection!

Reconstruction Materials for Classic and Vintage Cars
What materials can we print for your classic car restoration?
Plastic Parts Manufacturing
We draw on a large pool of materials. The most popular materials are polyamide 12 (PA12), ABS, and fiber-reinforced plastics, such as PA-CF15 or PA-GF. These are significantly more robust with glass fiber or carbon fiber content and guarantee high stability for 3D printed car parts.

Metal Parts Manufacturing
We offer you various metal alloys. The main materials are aluminum and stainless steel. Stainless steel in S316L and aluminum in AlSi10Mg. The materials are the most commonly used in additive manufacturing using Selective Laser Melting (SLM).

Rubber Parts Manufacturing
We offer TPU in various Shore hardnesses. The most common are TPU-70a, TPU-88a and TPU-90a. We would be happy to advise you on the right Shore hardness for your application. After production, rubber components are chemically smoothed as standard and colored black.
